At Obsesse Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

Please note that perfumes, fragrances, and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product was delivered in a defective condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Request Process

• Email our support team with your order details.
• Attach photos showing the issue.
• Our team will review the request within 2-3 business days.
• If approved, further return instructions will be shared.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfume bottles.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping charge applies to all orders.

₹100 extra shipping charges will be applicable on orders where shipping fees are not included in the product price or promotional offer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an incorrect or damaged product was delivered by Obsesse Perfumes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
